A Beginner Session for those of you new to cycling or perhaps just not previously tried group riding.

About the event
When:- Saturday 20th September 2025, meet at 09.45am for a 10.00am depart. We will be departing promptly at 10.00am.
Where:- We meet at Colicci Café, near Roehampton Gate in Richmond Park, SW15 5JP. For those that use the What3Words app, the meeting point is ///seats.tunes.hoping.
We will have a chat about your cycling experience and we will try to explain the various calls and signals used. We will do some practice rides on some of the quieter roads in the park. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding bikes, kit or equipment.
Please bring two water bottles, snacks, cash/cards for coffee, lights, a pump, Allen keys/multi-tool and at least one spare inner tube.
Please note, these sessions are not formal training sessions and are not provided as such. They are more general conversations and passing on tips and experience we have.
